TALENT ACQUISITION

We simplify hiring for startups by creating a hiring process that is streamlined, with a focus on candidate experience. We start each role with a kick-off with the manager for the role and spend the time calibrating, and learning the needs of the business before owning and managing the hiring process throughout the hiring funnel.

From organizational development to handbook creation, we partner with your leadership team to shape your HR strategy, as well as own the process of people operations.

We partner with your leadership team and internal employees to roll out a thoughtful diversity equity and inclusion program. We cover recruiting, and employee experience, while gathering feedback from your team. Our goal is to cultivate a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

From interview training, to feedback and unconscious bias training, we’ve got you and your team covered. We ensure that trainings are relatable, digestible, and fun. We ensure that the content is on brand but enjoyable.
